Due to the steep approach, elevation, high terrain, and short sloping runway, Tegucigalpa (TGU) is considered by many to be one of the world’s most dangerous airports. The approach itself seems like a real challenge. If you listen all the way to the end, you’ll hear someone in the cockpit say they don’t like flying into this airport.
